Al Morrison - Chairman
In 1983, Al accepted the helm of Morrison Homes from his father, Frank Morrison. As Owner and Chairman of Morrison Homes, he continues to provide leadership to the Morrison executive team, establishing the strategic direction of long-term growth and success of the company. Al is a believer of giving back to the community and is involved in the company’s charitable contributions and corporate sponsorship decisions.
Dave Gladney - President and CEO
As President and CEO, Dave oversees business operations and provides day-to-day leadership to management and staff as they carry on Frank’s greatest request that ‘customers come first.’ Dave believes in giving back to our industry and as such has sat on the Board of Directors for Alberta New Home Warranty, Professional Home Builders Institute, Calgary Home Builders Foundation and the Canadian Home Builders Association – Calgary Region.
Crystal Pitre, BComm., CPA, CGA - Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Crystal manages the financial planning and management of Morrison Homes and oversees a team that coordinates the financial activities including financial reporting, long-term cash flow forecasting, general accounting, financial analysis and budget forecasting. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major Degree and a CGA Designation and is proud to be have been recognized in the Top Ten CGA’s in Alberta in her graduating year.
Rob Kennedy - President, Multi-Family
Rob’s experience in the single family, multi-family and commercial construction industries are unparalleled. Through innovative real estate development, construction expertise, exceptional team leadership, and a superior understanding of client needs, Rob has developed in excess 100 million dollars worth of profit-generating operations in the Calgary market place. His relationship with many industry partners and supply professionals have resulted in a very deep resource pool to draw from.
Glenn Morrison - General Manager, Multi-Family
Glenn’s experience in the residential construction industry spans over 30 years in both the US. and Canada. Glenn’s unique skills set combines experience, industry knowledge, quality, integrity and pride that are the cornerstone of producing well-executed multi-family projects.
Erik Sobry - Senior Manager, Operations
As Senior Manager Operations, Erik ensures that everyday activities at Morrison run smoothly so that Morrison homebuyers have a positive building experience. He evaluates business procedures to continually make Morrison more efficient and effective in its operations.This allows the whole team to work towards the common goal of making each customer’s new dream home a reality.
Cory Hirsekorn - Senior Manager, Design and Drafting
Cory leads Morrison’s Design and Drafting Department. Working with our creative team of architectural designers, he oversees the design of all standard model plans and layout options, as well as custom designed homes. He also leads our experienced and detail oriented group of architectural technologists, ensuring all customer blueprints are produced accurately and on time.
Petr Prochazka - Senior Manager, Estimating and Purchasing
Petr directs our skilled teams of Estimators and Purchasers and works with all suppliers and trade partners to ensure the best products, services and value to customers. He also deals with sales and field personnel to ensure changes and requests are processed accurately and efficiently. A veteran with Morrison and holding a Certified Engineering Technologies designation, Petr is a graduate with Dean’s Honours from SAIT’s Civil Engineering Technology where he was the recipient of the Canada Scholar award.
Sam Hudson - Marketing Director
Leading Morrison’s marketing teams in Edmonton and Calgary, Sam is responsible for the consistent voice of the Morrison brand. Overseeing all marketing and advertising activities, he ensures all communications and point of sale material help customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Sam holds a bachelor degree from the University of Alberta and his previous brand strategy work has been recognized by the REBRAND 100® Global Awards.
Mike Wagner - Sales Manager – Calgary Region
Mike is responsible for new home sales in Calgary and works with Morrison Area Managers and Liaisons to ensure homebuyer needs and expectations are looked after. He also coordinates with our community developer partners on new phase releases and lot selection.
Will Vandekraats - Senior Manager, Field Operations
Will heads up the field operations, made up of a dedicated team of site supervisors, site assistants, administrative staff and Morrison’s trusted group of trade partners. Together, they work towards the common goal of making each customer’s new home dreams a reality. Guided by Morrison policies and procedures and inspired by Frank Morrison’s enduring Customers First approach, Will and his team ensure that Morrison’s high standards of quality craftsmanship, integrity and customer satisfaction are consistently met at all stages of construction.
Carole Saguez - Selection Studio Manager
Heading up the Selection Studio in Calgary, Carole leads Morrison’s experienced group of design consultants, whose job is to guide our homebuyers through all of the decisions that affect their home interiors. She ensures that our Selection Studio remains current with the latest trends and that product samples reflect the wide range of homeowner tastes and options available.
Frank Natt - Health and Safety Manager
As Health and Safety Manager, Frank’s promise is to provide sensible solutions in all areas of health and safety to ensure that Morrison Staff and Trade Partners perform in a safe and healthy manner. Liaising with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety, his primary responsibility is to train, supervise and empower Morrison Staff and Trade Partners in worksite safety policies, procedures and best practices. He also works with all Morrison staff to promote health and safety well-being in general.
Nicole Hawkes, BComm., CA - Accounting Manager
Leading the dedicated members of our accounting and payroll team, Nicole oversees the daily accounting activities that serve our customers and trade partners. Nicole and her team are responsible for general accounting, banking, accounts payable, budget to actual variance analysis and month-end reporting. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major Degree and a Chartered Accountant Designation.
Gina Romanishen - Liaison Manager
Managing our dedicated group of liaisons, Gina deals with the various teams at Morrison Homes to make sure our homebuyers have the very best experience when purchasing their new home, as well as throughout the building process.
Irwin Horsey - General Manager and Chief Operating Officer – Edmonton Region
Heading up our Edmonton team, Irwin manages day-to-day operations in the Capital City. With previous roles in Calgary as Director of Field Operations and Construction Manager, Irwin brings a wealth of building knowledge, integrity and leadership to his role in Edmonton, ensuring all homes are built to Morrison’s high standards of quality and care.
Andrew Percival - IT Manager
Andrew leads the Morrison IT department. Working with our IT staff, he oversees IT requirements and solutions to keep everything running smoothly. Working along side our other managers, he implements new software systems and keeps Morrison at the leading edge to make your home buying experience as friendly as possible.
Blair Powell - Sales Manager - Edmonton Region
