Morrison Named 13-Time Builder of the Year

On Saturday, April 13, 2019, Morrison Homes was once again crowned the 2018 ‘Builder of the Year’ by BILD Calgary Region. This is the thirteenth time Morrison has been recognized with this prestigious top honour.

Nominated for 22 awards, Morrison was thrilled to receive three awards for its single-family division and three for its multi-family division. These included Best New Home 415,000-484,999, Best Website, Best Billboard, Best Brochure, Best Print Ad and Best Sales Centre. The multi-family team was also thrilled to be a finalist for ‘Multi-Family Builder of the Year’.

The BILD Awards, now in its 32nd year, celebrate innovation and excellence in the residential construction industry in Calgary and its surrounding region. The awards cover 10 different categories and finalists are chosen through a detailed, scrupulous process with industry judges awarding points which are then authenticated by an accounting firm. GRAND BILD Awards are presented to the Builders, Renovator and Partner who have demonstrated a superior achievement in design, sales, advertising and/or service. Customer experience is a factor in determining Builder of the Year.

The BILD Awards can be compared to the “Oscars” for the home building industry. For Morrison, what these awards really acknowledge is the dedication of all of our staff, trades, and industry partners in striving for excellence in everything we do. All of our efforts are focused on providing a remarkable home buying process and home ownership experience for each of our Morrison clients.
