Care & Maintenance
What to do if your furnace and/or hot water tank shuts off in winter:
Go outside and locate your intake & exhaust vents.
Remove any ice/snow buildup that may be blocking the pipes.
Take a screwdriver, or another long tool, and clear any ice and snow from within the pipe.
Wait 5-10 minutes and the appliances in your mechanical room will turn themselves back on.
