How to Unclog & Drain Your Dishwasher

1. Ensure the dishwasher is off.

2. Open the dishwasher door.

3. Pull out the bottom dish rack.

4. Move the washing arm to the side to grant access to the drain screen.

5. Turn the food screen counterclockwise until it unlocks.

6. Remove the screen, rinse out all debris and clean the filter under warm water in the kitchen sink.

7. Put the screen back into place and turn clockwise to lock it back in place.

8. Move the dish rack back in to place and close the door.

9. Press the start button to power on the unit.

10. Hold down the start button for 3-5 seconds until you hear the dishwasher activate the drain cycle. This will run a manual drain cycle of the dishwasher.
