Morrison Homes Named 2022 Single Family Builder of The Year

We are thrilled to announce that Morrison Homes was crowned the 2022 'Builder of the Year' by BILD Calgary Region. This marks the 16th time that Morrison has been recognized with this prestigious honor.

While accepting the award at the gala on April 22nd, Al Morrison, chairman of Morrison Homes credited the continued success of the business to the "collaborative" values of the team while maintaining the common goal of serving customers better. Touching on the legacy left by founder Frank Morrison, Al acknowledges that hitting this milestone speaks to the great continued work with Morrison's trade, supply, and developer partners, and always "staying as true as we can to the values set out by Frank".

In addition to winning the ‘Builder of The Year’ award, Morrison also took home wins for two new home awards and one marketing award in the following categories:

• Best New Home - $350,000 - $389,999 Tsumagari Residence
• Best New Home - $729,000 - $827,999 The Ellsworth
• Best Print Marketing - 15 Time Builder of The Year

The BILD Calgary Region Awards, now in its 36th year, celebrate innovation and excellence in the residential construction industry in Calgary and its surrounding region. The awards cover 10 different categories and finalists are chosen through a detailed, scrupulous process with industry judges awarding points which are then authenticated by an accounting firm. GRAND BILD Awards are presented to the Builders, Renovator and Partner who have demonstrated a superior achievement in design, sales, advertising and/or service. Customer experience is a factor in determining Builder of the Year, which we are proud to share that we have recently been awarded customer insight award in 2022.
