In light of the current restrictions on gathering in large numbers due to COVID-19, on Thursday, August 13th, Morrison Homes and many others in the home building industry excitedly tuned in to watch the BILD Awards’ first ever online gala celebration.
Nominated as a finalist for a total of 12 awards for 2019, including nominations in Advertising and Marketing, Best New Home in 8 categories and Best Multi-Family Community Concept, Morrrison Homes took the win for Best Billboard – Indoor/Outdoor with our Final Boarding Call display in Auburn Bay, and for Best New Home in the $2,300,000 & Over category for a private residence build.
The BILD Awards, now in its 33rd year, celebrate innovation and excellence in the residential construction industry in Calgary and its surrounding region. The awards cover 10 different categories and finalists are chosen through a detailed, scrupulous process with industry judges awarding points which are then authenticated by an accounting firm. GRAND BILD Awards are presented to the Builders, Renovator and Partner who have demonstrated a superior achievement in design, sales, advertising and/or service. Customer experience is a factor in determining Builder of the Year.
