Morrison Homes wins coveted Best Customer Experience Award!

We are thrilled to announce that Morrison Homes was named 2022 Best Customer Experience for Calgary & Area (150+ homes) at the Home Owner Mark of Excellence (H.O.M.E) Awards on Nov 8th in Chicago. Morrison Homes stood out amongst the top single-family builders who took part in CustomerInsights’ meticulous customer satisfaction research.

The H.O.M.E Awards were founded in 2010 by CustomerInsight, and serve to recognize single family and multi-family home builders and trade/supply partners in both Canada and the United States through several award categories. Now in their 12th year, H.O.M.E continues to gather verified data focused solely on the voice of the customer throughout the entire building process from the sales, selections, construction, move in, and post past warranty phases of the home building experience.

The Best Customer Experience Award in particular demonstrates that Morrison Homes possesses the highest overall customer satisfaction in Calgary and Area. With a goal to be industry leading, we are always looking for ways to improve and to be better than we were yesterday. This honour is not taken lightly, as it continues to carry forward the vision put forward by founder Frank Morrison that “customers come first.”
