Terms & Conditions
- Past and current Morrison customers are eligible to receive $1,000 cash for each referral (non-customers are not eligible at this time).
- Referral registration must be submitted prior to time of purchase.
- Referred customers (including co-buyers) must be individuals with whom agents of Morrison Homes have not had previous contact and must have filled out the online referral registration form prior to making contact with Morrison Homes.
- Referral rewards will not be issued if the referred customer is REALTOR® assisted
- Customers may provide unlimited referrals and are entitled to the same cash reward for each new referral.
- The referral reward is payable to the referrer once the new customer has signed a purchase agreement, all conditions have been removed, and deposits have been paid in full.
- The cash reward is limited to one referrer per new customer.
- The $1,000 Selection Studio credit cannot be changed, has no cash value and is non-transferable
- This program may be amended, withdrawn or extended at any time without notice.
