The down payment has a couple parts and can vary depending on the situation. Morrison will require a certain percentage for the down payment depending on the overall cost of the home but your overall down payment amount can vary if your lender for your mortgage requires a certain amount down based on the price of the home. Our area managers at the showhome will be able to provide more info as well.

The best way to find out how much you can afford for a new home is to speak to a mortgage advisor whether that is at your bank or at a mortgage brokerage. Once you speak to them and get pre approved you will have a clear idea on what you can afford.

The build timeline fluctuates between 10-14 months. This timeframe will change depending on the size of the home, trade availability, and weather conditions. Our area managers will be able to provide you with a more specific timeline once you select a home you are interested in.
